Registration of Foreign Nationals

The Registration of Foreign Nationals is governed by the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act of 2011 part VII (56) 2 laws of Kenya.

The Law requires that all Foreign Nationals Resident within Kenya for a period exceeding 90 days be registered and obtain an Alien Identity Card.

Once registered, the Foreign National is able to access Government services such as Kenya Revenue Authority, Obtain Personal Identification Number, apply for Work Permit, open a Business Bank Account and many more services.
